The 3-day class cost of £300 includes:

• 3 full days of classes (Monday- Wednesday or Friday- Sunday)
• Lunch, teach & coffee etc on class days

What isn't included:

• Your travel
• Your accommodation and meals outside of Lunch (if needed)
• Class kits or beading supplies

Registering for the Class

• Priority is given to those who booked for our 2025 'Celestial Paradise' event with further spaces allocated on a ballot basis in April
• To register for the chance to get a space please fill out the registration form below or email us on info@beadsparks.com letting us know if you have a preference for dates (if no preference you can register for both to increase your chance of getting a space)
• A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required by end of April (or within a month of booking if your space is allocated later)
• The 2nd payment of £150 is due by the end of August 2026 (OR you may opt to pay in full when you have received your registration confirmation)
• Payment is to be made by bank transfer (details given when you book) or an international transfer using WISE is accepted (full details given when you book)
• We will send updates via email before the retreat to provide you with all the information you'll need about the classes, kits, what to bring with you and any additional information
• Please make sure you provide a valid email address and keep us updated if it changes

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Registered spaces are transferable to another individual in the event you are unable to attend (however this is only until the instructions have been sent out after which places are not transferable). We will assist by contacting anyone on the waiting-list or you may find someone yourself
• We encourage you to obtain Cancellation and/or Travel Insurance. We cannot be held responsible for your cancellation for any reason and any money paid is not refundable if someone else isn't found to fill your space
• Should we need to cancel the event any monies you have paid will be refunded in full
• We reserve the right to cancel your registration and refund you in full at our discretion
