'Memories of Kew' is a joint masterclass with Stephanie Burnham & Jean Power taking place on Saturday 18th April 2026, Sunday 19th April 2026, and Saturday 25th April 2026 with 2 time options suitable for different time zones (7am-11am BST or 4pm-8pm BST - see the schedule page for more time information).

Combining advanced geometric & floral beadwork, and throwing in shaping, structure & texture, this striking beaded vessel also comes with matching jewellery.
We united our two projects ('Garden Days' and 'Water Lilies at Kew') to create a set of beadwork evoking the many lovely days we have spent together at Kew gardens.
The series is formed of a beaded vessel created using unique techniques (all of which will be covered in the class and accompanying videos) topped with a striking beaded water lily which has coordinating jewellery which can be stored in the vessel.
Depending on the lid beaded (multiple options are included in the written instructions) the Vessel is approximately 10 ½ cm/ 4 ¼ inches tall and across at its widest point.
A limited number of kits are available direct from the teachers and details of these along, with a full requirements list for the projects (which use Peyote & Brick Stitch plus Cubic Right-Angle Weave) will be sent once the class is booked but the general requirements are:
