Bead Sparks Retreat 2022

We have a very busy few days planned and here is some of what you can expect.

Thursday 17th November 2022

• 6pm - 8pm Dinner at Chartridge lodge for anyone who arrives early and wishes to book it
• 8pm - 9pm Beat the Friday rush for registration and collect your class programme and goody bag early then join us in the bar for an informal social evening and a chance to meet your tutors and fellow students

Friday 18th November

• 9am - 10am Registration. Collect your class programme and exclusive goody bag
• 10:30am - 1pm Morning beading session (including complementary tea/coffee and biscuits)
• 1pm - 2pm Lunch (included for all)
• 2pm - 4pm Afternoon beading session (including complementary tea/coffee and cake)
• 4pm - 5pm Shopping & Gossip (time to visit with the other tutors and students or to carry on beading)
• 5pm - 6pm Free time
• 6pm - 8pm Dinner (for anyone who wishes to book it)
• 8pm - 10pm Friday Formal. Join us and Swarovski for a sparkling social event to discover their latest crystal launch in person with a complimentary glass of bubbles, and our beaded bead display. Put your glad rags on - the more sparkle the better!

Saturday 19th November

• 7am - 9am Breakfast (included for anyone staying at the venue)
• 10am - 12:30pm Morning beading session (including complementary tea/coffee and biscuits)
• 1pm - 2pm Lunch (included for all) plus a very special Gift Giveaway
• 2pm - 3pm Bonus beady event!
• 3pm - 5pm Afternoon beading session (including complementary tea/coffee and cake)
• 5pm - 6pm Shopping & Gossip (visit with the other tutors and students or carry on beading)
• 6pm - 8pm Free time and dinner (for anyone who wishes to book it)
• 8pm - 10pm Informal social in the bar

Sunday 20th November

• 7am - 9am Breakfast (included for anyone staying at the venue)
• 10am - 1pm Morning beading session (including complementary tea/coffee and biscuits)
• 1pm - 2pm Lunch (included for all) plus the beaded bead swap (more details will follow later)
• 2pm - 4pm Afternoon beading session (including complementary tea/coffee and cake)
• 4pm - 5pm Farewells
